A Family Away From Home

Last week, Ewing High School found out about two students who have had hardships hit them and their families. One student and his/her family lost their home and all of their belongings in a fire. While they are being housed by Red Cross, they will have to start from scratch to regain everything that was destroyed in the fire. Another student lost a parent to a long battle of cancer. As like any FAMILY, faculty and staff came together to raise funds for both families. Together we raised about $1600 and it will be split evenly between the two families. The love and support will always be overflowing at Ewing High School and I am glad to be a part of the team. ASYSST was more than happy to assist in any way that we could and proud to serve the students and their families.
