April 2nd DRUGS: Get the Facts 2020 event has been postponed
The landscape is evolving rapidly regarding the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), with institutions restricting large gatherings, federal and state agencies restricting travel and the Governor declaring a state of emergency in New Jersey. Considering these actions, the planning committee determined it is best to postpone the April 2nd DRUGS: Get the Facts 2020 Summit for a few months.This decision was not made lightly, but out of legitimate concern for the health and safety of everyone. We want to do our part to prevent the introduction or spread of COVID-19 at any of our events, including large gatherings like the Summit. Safety is our top priority.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Prevention Coalition of Mercer County and Rider University's Alcohol/Drug and Sexual Assault Prevention Education Program will work with meeting planners to establish next steps. We thank you for understanding and greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to work through rescheduling the DRUGS: Get the Facts 2020 Summit. We are certain that the event will be a success on its future date!
