Dale Ofei-Ayisi, MA, LCSW, CDP has over 44 years of post-Master's clinical and administrative experience in medical and behavioral health social work with patients experiencing a host of end-stage illnesses, including cancer, Alzheimer's disease, heart disease and neuromuscular diseases. She has direct practice and supervisory expertise in geriatric and dementia care, critical care, rehabilitation, intervention with family caregivers, and as a professional and community health educator since 1975.
